Sam, 1 month

 It is hard to believe that Sam is already a month old!  How quickly it has passed.  Part of that is because of lack of sleep, but life has been busy.  Ellie loves to come in, in the morning and check to see if Sam's eyes are open.  She loves to give him kisses and is still working on be gentle.  Sam is doing great.  He is in the 95% for weight, which is great, since he dropped over a pound from his birth weight and wasn't back to his birth weight at 2 weeks, which is normal.  At one month he is weighing in at 12 lbs and 4 oz.  He is in the 93% for height, but has only grown a 1/4 of an inch since birth.  I am already starting to put away some of 0-3 month clothes that don't fit.  Newborn clothes never fit him!!
